Chinese reporter warned at the London Olympic Media Center!

On a sign is a message for Chinese reporters writtern in Chinese, that is, "Chinese reporters, please respect the staff at the media center. If you want to take a picture of them, please do ask them for permission. Please show respect to their privacy. Thank you!" Now, the sign was removed because someone said that it was discrimination against Chinese reporters. And the director of the London Olympic Media apologizes for that. Why did the director apologize? Personally, I think Chinese reporter have to apologize for taking photos of the staff without permission. It is them who didn't respect the staff's privacy. The LMC wasn't wrong.

Why did the director apologize? Personally, I think Chinese reporter have to apologize for taking photos of the staff without permission. It is them who didn't respect the staff's privacy. The LMC wasn't wrong.
