EMS TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING

guest27190	Hello can someone please help me. I have this tracking number EE348568995CN but it's not working and it's been 3 weeks. I tried to call EMS but I don;t speak chinese. Could I ask someone to call EMS and get some more information. i would be grateful Thank you

GUESTBASJE	I am trying to find my package. I received my tracking number EE885475868CN on 14th January 2013. Should I wait a bit longer? EMS.com.ch says no avail or overdue tracking. Are there other ways to track this package? Thnx all

If you couldn't find any record with tracking number, please contact us, we will try our best to help you. Received this on 18/06/13 but all i get is No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking. Can you help please?
