Is this a good subject to talk about? It was popular in the 70-80s, Bruce Lee, Grasshopper etc. For example, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon and House of Flying Daggers. Is this as popular in China as it is in the west and is it ok to talk about without offending. I studied martial arts in my 20's and 30's but now it's something I used to do, not a big part of my life anymore but I still enjoy the odd film and the philosophy.

Wow, you know Donnie Yen? I am not a big fan of him but Yip Man I and II are good movies. I watched both of them.

Not a fan dear Sunnydream, but as always I'd like to venture into new things and observed a few stances.

GUESTYAOLONG Kung Fu is still very popular.

Its not going to offend anyone to talk about it, but Chinese are very aware of our stereotype that all Chinese do kung fu, and in return they often think most westerners like kung fu :-)
