| Hand-sliced noodles, 刀削面(dāo xiāo miàn) in Chinese, is one of the popular food in northern China. They are slivers of dough sliced from a block and then boiled in water. A restaurateur just creates a machine to help to do the tiring cutting work. 3,000 robots have been sold. Wow, robots are taking over the restaurant industry! |

| So, two others have nothing to do in the kitchen now and the noodles will be in very same strands. However, only hand-kneaded dough tastes good. |

I think the boss really loves it because he can let the machine replace his cook. This saves him some money in the long run. |
