| Ingredients; 300 grams lotus root, 30 grams Nestle Fruit Vitamin (black currant flavor), 30 grams white sugar, 40 grams white vinegar, 8 grams salt and 100 grams purified water. Step 1 wash and peel lotus root and then cut into slices. Step 2 wash lotus root slices again and quick-boil for around 1 minute. Then put slices into cold water. Step 3 Mix Nestle Fruit Vitamin with white vinegar in a bowl, add into white sugar, salt and purified water and then mix very well. Step 4 Drain lotus root slices, put them on the plate and then pour mixed sauce over the slices. Step 5 put the plate in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours. It’s done. |

| Wow, it looks very nice. I want to make it this weekend. Wan, it should be sour and sweet, I guess. The vinegar and sugar are added. |
