GUEST70194 I usually put slices of cucumber instead of tomato. Kid is tired of sandwich with unchanged stuffed things like egg, phily, hams or tuner.

Kid is not interested in rice any more. Can u give ideas on other easy - made healthy and energizing snack for school lunch. Thanks in advance.

We need to improvise. Look at sandwiches prepared at "Subway", with stuffing they prefer. Sometimes I put salami, cheese, onion, olive... etc. A little bit of mayonnaise or the bread becomes soggy. Sometimes I alternate with french toast, spaghetti, but definitely not rice because most of the time eating rice probably make them feel sleepy.
