But I made a stupid mistake. Once I drank lemonade served on the table. The waitor smiled and said nothing to me. Later, I just learnt that it was used to wash my hands.

Wan Do you mean lime is only for washing hands? I checked some pictures and found out lime looked very similar to lemon. Maybe, the restaurant offers lime for washing hands intead of lemon.
