What kind of punishment will the drivers face if they break traffic rules?

In Indonesia, the drivers who break the traffic rules will be fined and their driver license will be taken away by the police. This isn’t over. Their hair will be shaved and finally they become bald men. In Saint Paul, Brazil, the drivers who break the traffic rules will be sent to the kindergarten where their kids study. There he has to play games together with the kids. You know what games they play? Driving cars on the road. In Vietnam, the traffic police use paint spray gun to shoot those who break the speed limit. Once the paint sticks to the car, it is difficult to be removed. Then the police can easily get them. In Oregon, US, the police will change the driver’s car plate into red one once the driver breaks the traffic rules. Thus, other people can easily recognize and avoid them if necessary. In Columbia, the drivers who break the traffic rules will be invited to watch a movie. This movie isn’t funny. It’s a horrible traffic accident documentary which will fully scare you.
