GUEST17115	50-50 on all community property. Community property is an asset acquired DURING the marriage. Pre-marriage assets and future assets are not comminity property.

But I want to say you may need to make one more choice - Divide according to the law but with appropriate alimony. Marriage law was not set to protect vulnerable groups any more if it aims to manifest the real meaning of equality.

Falling in love with another girls in marriage sounds too nice. Why not say it directly? They just betray their families, their wives and their oath.
