Blow a candy figure with your mouth?

Look at this old man! He makes candy figures with his hands and mouth. He uses his hands to make out different animal figures as he blows air into the candy figures.

Well, actually some other artists can make sugar paintings. When I was young, I saw these artists on the street. They have their own turntable. You rotate the turntable in order to choose an animal figure. Then the artist can paint the animal figure you choose with heated sugar.

They don't use brushes to make sugar paintings. A ladle is enough.
