 | one child policy was established by Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping in 1979 to limit communist China's population growth. Although designated a "temporary measure," it continues a quarter-century after its establishment. The policy limits couples to one child.I saw from the news today,the second child will be forfeitd at least 220,000 RMB, that is around USD53,000. So it becomes privilege of the wealth again. Some reports say, people over 60s will take a portion like 30% in China so this country can't share population welfare and Made-In-China will not be the meaning of low price anymore. BTW, the OOCD(one-only-child dead) family occupys tens of millions now and increase by 96,000 families each year(from internet). That is a big danger for the safety of the society. |

| to have a baby boy is the luxurious privilege for rich families.If you are not rich, and unfortunatelly born a boy, you have big burdens for 4 elder members, also your kid and wife, with endless spending on kindergarten,schools, house, medicals, insurance,education, daily expenses etc . If you can't , sorry, maybe you have no right to marry a wife. Girls also want to seek high quality life, many of them would rather choose to be single than marry a man who can't give them decent life. So there is a word coming into being: spinster, in Chinese Pin Yin: Sheng Nv. I don't mean to ridicule them, but that is the fact. Reality always makes us frustrating. |

| Who knows? We do have more boys than girls currently. So, parents might like to give birth to girls. Then they needn't have to worry about apartments since their daughter's husbands to be will take care of these things. If many parents prefer to have girls, there might be more girls than boys many years later. Then the situation will be changed. Girls' parents will worry about their daughters' marriage. Then boys can require girls' parents to buy apartments and cars. Could this happen? |

| nothing is impossible. Society is a circulation, universe also. Tens of thousand of years ago, maybe the living beings stayed at Mars, and when the modern culture reached the limit, all the living beings died and new generation appeared at Earth and began with nothing again. |

| Just learn from newpaper, the scale between male and female is 122 to 100, it is said male will exceed 35 million female at year 2020, so that will result in society problem, what they can do if they can't find a wife? It is hard to imagine now. |
