I have bought 2 jackets on the 28th of feb ( shipment no. EE918011476CN) which is still pending in shanghai since the 7th of march! Can you please advise me why it is still pending and when I will receive them!! It is taking toooooo long and I need them before the 15th of march as I will travel out of the country!

And I'm going to need you to provide me with a valid contact information(international number) to the shipping company and a valid tracking number.

Hi can you please do me a favour and ask EMS about the shipment EM801297255SG this order number.
the website itself has no information and I tried to call EMS But they doesn't know English.
I purchased something from china but the tracking number seller provided is not working on the other hand seller says he has shipped it I want to know is he had actually done it or making me fool.
