Hi,
I seriously think I was scammed buying from Karen Millen Outlet website www.pcoway.com.
However, I interchanged several emails with the site owner about a replacement for an item that was no longer in stock, and she really seemed OK to me at first...
However, now the website doesn't exist anymore and they have changed their address to www.pocway.com without notification... This pocway.com is rated very likely to be a fraud on scamadviser.com

The order was made on March 27th. The tracking number is EA008185800CN, but I cannot access the ems.com.cn website. It is unavailable on every computer I tried.

I just want to find out whether my package exists or if I should just file a VISA charge back right now.

It's for real. The tracking statuses seem a bit strange. After they tried to send it to you, your parcel went back to the customs again. Then it was released. I think you should visit the post office and ask what happened.
