No.3 Hanzhou Steamed noodles.

It is made of rice too. It can be eaten when it is hot or cold. I tried hot steamed noodles in winter and cold noodles in summer.

Well, you may find them in some big cities out of Shaanxi Province. But they might be as authentic as those in Shaanxi Province.

PS: I already posted where to taste authentic one in the posts. Xian Muslim Street, Baoji City and Hanzhong City. But you can find them all in Xian.

Did you ever go to Xian before? How long will you be here in Xian? If you have any problem about your Xian trip, do not hesitate to tell me. I may give you a hand since I am a local here.

I have been to Xi'an twice, but of course with some Malaysian students for their homestay in Wuxi but I stayed in Xi'an. The first time was just passing through. This time may be not long in China, as I will go back to Kuala Lumpur maybe on Jan 5th. So about 22 days. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
