Some people do accumulate money due to their hard work or good business. But some people are really lucky. They bought the apartments before the bubble in the real estate grew bigger and bigger.

Why lucky? Definitely because they have money, without money they can't buy. Yes they are lucky enough to have money before the price goes up.

Some people did have money to buy but most people didn't. They just borrowed money from the banks. At that moment, the banks had very preferential policies for those borrowers. They enjoyed 25% discount on the loan rate. The real estate even promoted their apartments by claiming "zero-yuan first payment".

I just think that they are much luckier than me. So far, I haven't had any apartment because I can't pay for it. At least, they have their apartments and pay less mortgage than those who bought their apartments from 2011 to now.

I hope so. When I can afford to buy an aparment, I guess that almost all people can afford an apartment.
