how soon can my chinese wife marry another foreigner if we divorce?

guest95699	in october of 2012 i married a chinese lady who shortly after we married said she had lost her job and wanted me to send money. i did for several months, but i finally went back to fushun (her name is dong chunmei) and it was obvious that she was lying about many things. she took 2000 rmb from me, then stranded me in a hotel for 10 days. is there anything i can do to make sure she does not do this to another man? she is already back on dating sites, even though we are still married....saying she is divorced, but not mentioning our marriage. any ideas on which authorities i could contact to try and protect future marks such as myself? can she keep marrying foreign men at will?

GHOST Points: Join Date: Oct 12, 2007 Status: Offline	If you know the name of the dating website you can try to talk to them about her. It is illegal for a woman to marry again while still married and she would need to produce evidence of a divorce before she could be married again.
