How can I guarantee getting my visa rejected?
May 7, 2013 21:58
guest29980 The company I work for is looking for employees to send to China for a business trip. I have no desire to ever visit China, especially on business. Is there an easy way to guarantee that my visa application is rejected, without lying on the application form?

I am afraid that you might have trouble in future (Suppose you will travel to China someday) if you get your visa rejected this time. There are other ways except for getting your visa rejected, for example finding a doctor and ask him to give you a proof that you can't do long time trip abroad.

GUEST29980 Like I said, I have no desire to ever visit China, so if I'm permanently blacklisted, that would be great.

Then you can write some serious crims in the criminal record. Then I think you will not be granted with the visa.

But that would be lying. Like I said, I want to get permanently blacklisted without lying on any application form.

Just say in your remarks: I don't want to go to China but my boss asks me to apply. Please reject my visa application.

GUEST29980 Won't my boss see my application? If it gets rejected, is the application returned to me?

You may apply online, print it and send to Visa Application Centre. When rejected, the Centre gives back your passport and not your application form. Anyway, FYI, China is a great place to visit and it never crosses my mind before (prior 2004) that I would be visiting China. Now I have been to China more than 50 times.

GUEST29980 My visa application will be sent for me -- someone else from the company will submit the application, and so I won't have any control over what it says. I won't be able to write any messages on it. That is why I want to be black-listed. That way, no matter what it says on the application, it will be rejected.
