If you don't mind walking, you can see many of the major sites on a two-hour walk around. Each site is about 5-15 min walk apart and provide good photo opportunities! Start at Buckingham Palace at 11am (in time for the changing of the guard) and then walk through Regents Park down to: 1. Houses of Parliament & Big Ben 2. Downing Street and Horse Guards Parade 3. Tralfalgar Square & National (Art) Gallery (free) 4. Covent Garden 5. Neal Street to Shaftesbury Avenue 6. Chinatown 7. Leicester Square 8. Piccadilly Circus 9. Back down to Trafalgar Square 10. Under Admiralty Arch 11. Walk along the Mall back to Buckingham Palace Other places to see if you have the time are: 1. The British Museum 2. The St Paul's Cathedral 3. The Tower of London 4. Tower Bridge 5. The London Eye 6. The Shard (tallest bld in Europe) 7. Greenwich (home of Greenwich Mean Time) 8. Camden Town If you have time in the evening, go to one of the many theatre shows.
