Perhaps the authority can provide an English speaking ticketing personnel. I have seen before a ticketing counter for foreigner somewhere in 2007 in Guangzhou Railway Station, if I am not mistaken.

I totally agree with you, ADAM. Online business is a HOT trend now and Internet takes an important role. I don't have enough time to go to the station for tickets. Buying them online through the websites is an intelligent choice nowadays.

Hi everyone

China is one of the large and busy rail networks in the world, and trains link almost every town & city. Chinese trains are a safe, comfortable & cheap way to travel around China, and a Chinese train journey is an experience in itself, in contrast with less reliable and environmentally-unfriendly internal flights and you book your ticket online.

You decide what’s your most convenient way to buy the ticket ,ticket from counter/office, on-line or by phone.

I have found this quite difficult in the past- is there an english language website you can use to buy tickets ? Can you print the ticket online without the need to collect from a station ?
