Hi there, thanks for this. It is so informative. I have tried Tim Ho Wan and their dim sum is superb. But, have you ever heard Mott32? My sister said that they also served great dim sum. Anyways, really thankful for your time in answering my question!

I heard of it not because of its excellent dim sum, but because of its environment and decoration. It is said that the restaurant was a private underground treasury vault previously.

Perhaps you may try the Muslim canteen, 5th floor, Wan Chai. Just behind the Charterhouse hotel. They're delicious and cheap. The canteen opens from 1030-1400. Book early to avoid disappointment.
