Advice on China Unicom Pre-paid services

Hi all!

Could you advise on China Unicom's pre-paid SIM Card please?

1.) How do we activate international call functions? Do we need to top up/pay fee to activate the functions?

2.) What are the charges to call using prepaid card from China to overseas?

3.) Which is the nearest branch to Tongji University? And what would be their operating hours, please?

From my experience don't use China Unicom. Too many instructions to make a call overseas. You'd better change to China Mobile. With China Mobile you can make a call without any hitches. Further, the charge for each country is not the same.
