You can take train from Beijing to Tanggu in Tianjin, which takes only about 2 hours. Both soft seat and hard seat is Ok.

after you arrive in Tanggu, you can easily find a bus to Xingang.

the best way to go to Xingang seaport, which i advise going there by train, From Shang-rila hotel in Beijing you can take taxi to beijing railway station.
Tanggu ,Tianjing city is Xinggang port.
if you wanna be very convenience,Maybe you can order a Taxi or bus from hotel to Xinggang port directly, but it cost higher,180 Km distance, the Jingtang speedway is so traffic ,you will take longer time .

GUESTMARCIA I hope to travel on a cruise liner next year with my mother who is 90 years of age who needs my assistance to walk.
The cruise liner docks at Xingang, and then I have to transport both of us and our luggage.
I need to find transport, preferably with an english speaking person from the pier for large ships to the international airport in Shanghai.
Could you please assist me with this.
I will not be at this email address for a few days and need this information as soon as possible. Could I please give you two other email address.
