Im not sure of that, because as a laowai you have to bargain even harder because vendors always attach a zero at the end of the "special" price for laowais.....

in Sanlitun Ya show, a vendor told me the price for a versace T shirt, she said it's RMB 380 !!!

with bargaining, i could have it only for RMB 30 !

the proof that the price is still 10 times higher for wai guo ren haha !
