A Coffee Shop, bakery and Western style restaurant with a great atmosphere, music and menu including pizza and an all you can eat salad bar on the menu in most locations.

The PSB or 'Gong An Ju' has move from the very convenient Jiefangbei location to Jiangbei District on the cnr of Wuhuang Lu and Ziwei Lu in Huang Ni Bang.
From Jiefangbei catch bus 461,471,151 to the terminous on the corner. Walk about three hundred metres down Ziwei Lu past the large security gated driveway to a rather small and unsigned gap in the brick fence. Walk down the stairs to the left and you'll see a sign on the two story building indicating where foreigners can renew thier visas and other documents. You're likely to be the only person to visit all day. Nice and clean and quiet.
