What to Park
Apart from clothing, essential items and vaccination certificates - If you have any medical conditions, read the last paragraph on this page.
Secondly, the essentials - (a) Personal toiletries, (b) Anti-Malaria tablets (c) A camera and or binoculars are a must (d)Camera film and batteries can generally be obtained in any major city or town. But of course the further away you get from civilization, the likelihood of availability decreases - like everything else. So please be sure to have sufficient supplies for your needs prior to embarking on a long trip.
Towel, torch and sleeping bag for camping safaris (sleeping bags can be hired from most safari operators). Also bring any reading or writing material you might need. You will have moments when you want to do something other than nothing at all.
Photography
Africa is an extremely photo-opportunistic continent. From panoramic scenery, wildlife and birds to people and vibrant ceremonies. Rich colour and good low lighting conditions abound. It is considered rude to take pictures of people without asking them first. Always carry enough film as it is difficult to get in some remote places. Keep your cameras in a dust resistant, padded case and out of the midday sun.
A 200 mm (or longer) telephoto lens will prove very useful on safari.
It is your responsibility to provide for your own travel insurance. It is imperative that you accomplish this prior to your arrival in Africa, since you will be unable to participate in any traveling activities without it.
Personal Medical Condition
This is important, so please refer to our Health Notices. Should you have any particular ailments requiring specialised medication, you should ensure that sufficient stocks are carried by you, during your stay.If you are carrying prescription medicine, you must carry a copy of the prescription with you.
There are no compulsory vaccinations required for entry to Kenya unless you are arriving from an area infected with Yellow Fever, in which case Certificate of Inoculation against Yellow Fever is required from travellers older than one year. Visitors coming from other countries in Africa where Yellow Fever may occur, including Tanzania and Zanzibar, require a Yellow Fever certificate.
The other recommended vaccinations are Typhoid, Hepatitis and Polio, and anti-malarial medication is essential.Anti-malarial drugs should be taken prior to arrival and should be continued for 4 weeks after leaving Kenya. It is also advisable to try and avoid mosquito bites by using repellent and by wearing suitable cover-up clothes in the evening.

The water level on Lijiang River is now too low to cruise in Guilin China

There is no one big rain since last Oct in Guilin area China, so the water level on Lijiang River is now too low to cruise by big boat from Guilin. Those travelers who want to take a boat trip could please go to the Yulong River for a banboo rafting. Dam lets water to come up to be enough for rafting and Yulong River is become many lakes one by one by the dams.

the tips for traveling to North Korea

You can visit the War to Resist American Aggression and Aid Korea Museum and you can take the boat between the two countries you can see the river bank of North Korea (Xinyizhou) in Dandong.
And a lot of people think that traveling to North Korea is not safe. In fact the tourists in North Korea have been looked after very well. Cause the government of Korea they want to show really good part of the country to the tourists.
Of cause in North Korea there are a lot of rules that you have to follow. You can not bring cell phones or laptop or political reading into the country and please respect their country when you do something or say something. It is very different country. Really closed from the world. People in North Korea they can not get any news from outside the world. It is interesting to experience it.

No matter where you travel, try to maintain an upbeat attitude and do everything with a smile. It works much better than a confrontational manner. You are likely to receive better service and more bargains than fellow travellers who act like know-it-alls and treat people like servants.

On many tours avoid so called factory tours or specialist museums.

As we travel as our own family it is not a major problem for us, but on the two occasions we booked on tours they added into the timetable factory visits. As a rule these are generally just an excuse to take you to a huge store and try to get you to buy.
From my own experience and after chatting with various other people the worst offender for this is would seem to be grayline tours in Hong Kong. On our trip time at the intended destinations was reduced after wating too much time in a jewelry shop. My family and I (along with others) left the tour part way through as the guide insisted on another market visit, rather than allow people to walk up the steps to the Giant Buddha.

Always carry toilet paper

If traveling around off the main tourist sites, and especially on trains, always take toilet paper with you.
On trains it is often better to try and use the toilet early in the trip, as you may not want to go in some towards the end of the journey. This is only a problem on older trains and less used routes. Staff are generally excellent.
I have eaten all sorts of train and station food and never had a problem.

Saving Money on Air fare - Making my Return Trip a Honeymoon

Here's a great tip that can save some people hundred of dollars.All international flights have entry points. From these entrypoints if you need to catch a flight to your final destination, have your foreign spouse or fiancée check with a travel agent on the cost of the domestic flight. Purchasing this ticket through a local travel agent instead of including it with your international ticket could save you some money.
Before my spouse received a Visa to come to the U.S., I made two trips to China. On the return flights I needed to leave once from Beijing and the second time from Shanghai. My wife and I took domestic flights from her home to these great Cities where we spent a couple of days taking in the sights and great food. This is
something you can possibly plan into your trip.
