Hangzhou to Xiamen by long distance bus: 13-14 hours. Take bus at Hangzhou South Bus Station. It leaves at 18:00 everyday and cost around CNY 355. If you go to Xiamen, I suggest you take D trains. The first class seat costs around CNY 350 and just takes around 6.5 hours.

Shenzhen to Xiamen by long distance bus: around 7.5 hours. You can go to Qiaoshe Bus Station near Shenzhen Railway Station. Time Schedule: 09:10 09:40 10:30 11:00 11:40 20:30 21:00 21:30 22:00 Ticket price: around CNY 150.

Why not pass the Luohu Border and then take mtr (East Rail) to Hung Hom?

Duration: around 43 minutes.
Cost: HK$33.

So you will go to Shenzhen from Hongkong through the Luohu Port. In this case, you could take the bus from Luohu Bus station or Qiaoshe Bus station, which are not far from the port. There are buses departing to Xiamen from Luohu Bus station at 0930, 1100, 1930, 2030, 2130, 2150; and from Qiaoshe Bus station at 09:10 09:40 10:30 11:00 11:40 20:30 21:00

You can go to any of the following bus stations:
Songbai Long Distance Bus Station(松柏长途汽车站):
Departture: 09:50 Fare: CNY230
Hubin Long Distance Bus Station(湖滨长途汽车站):
Departture: 09:50 Fare: CNY230
Jimei Long Distance Bus Station(集美长途汽车站):
Departure: 10:20 Fare: CNY 230

Distance between Xiamen and Changsha: 1106 kilometers.
Time duration: 14-15 hours.
