| The metro system in Shenzhen doesn't go all the way to the airport. The earliest departure from Hualian Dasha (at the Luohu border, apparently) is at 0620 and takes about 35 mins to get to Shenzhen airport. Otherwise, the earliest bus departures from Hong Kong are: from Mongkok/Prince Edward at 0530/0640 (90 HKD, frequency every 15 mins) or Huanggang border at 0630 (60 RMB, frequency every 30 mins). There're no direct trains for Hong Kong -- Yichang, nor for Shenzhen -- Yichang. The train from Guangzhou takes too long and departs in the afternoon anyway. If you've any more queries, email to yahoo.com|ellyse99 and put "TravelChinaGuide" and your own username in the subject line, thanks. |

| I wish people would realise that this "Cathy"is no longer here, I'm the one answering all the darn questions now! I presume you mean "updated", not "dated". There're no more departures from Shenzhen airport to anywhere in Hong Kong. |
