In Xi'An, you can buy Landmark or Casual Beer. Both are "near beers", with the alcohol content reduced to near zero ie .1%. Tastes great, and you would have to drink around 20 of them to get any kind of alcohol high going...Otherwise, for those wishing to have their first alcohol experience, get ready for an evening in the washroom...Your first time won't be pleasant, sorry to say...

almost all the big beer factories produce fruit beer , due to the regional monopoly, Shaanxi people drink Hans Beer ,Beijing is Yanjing ,Yinchuan is Xixia ...

Yanjing can be found in some restaurants , but not easier been seen

As for beer, almost each place has its own brand.

In my hometown, people usually enjoy Beiji or Jiatian Quan. somebody says that the latter one is better than the former one; while for me nearly all beer has the same taste. :)

When one is tipsy, he feels more relax, lets his guards down and tends to speak more of the truth - to regret later maybe.
When one is drunk, he either can't speak at all or he forgets what he said during that state. Was he speaking the truth ? Who knows.
