| The salary quoted for teachers is pretty much what a foreign English teacher will get paid in a University in China. Most of the Chinese teachers in my University are paid around 2000RMB. |

| Yes, but they have no choice of dates for their holidays. Also their holidays are usually during the shoulder(new term I learnt today !) & peak seasons. |
