If you're trying to send an SMS to that friend of yours, simply add +86 to the front of the Chinese handphone number.

"Secret"?! Why would it be secret?
If you have called up the SIM card's company to ask for the service, China Mobile's IDD code is usually 12593 or 17951.

Just dial the country code (add 00 in front) - area code - phone number. It might be very expensive though.

Usually China mobile numbers have 11 digits that start with number 1, just add 0086 or +86 before the numbers
