hey!GOOGLECAT,everybody knows.it's nonsense. date a chinese girl so u can improve your chinese. i got a joke it's ture.a couple(chinses girl ang english native speaker) make love and the guy said something.the girl asked him:"honey ,what's that mean?" "ok!let we stop to look for dictionary."lol

I am dating a Malaysian girl And she is teaching me Cantonese, I am finding it so hard to remember the words and pronounciations I admire what your doing on here But i am serious when I say that hearing the words said properly is No match to reading it as I have learned how an enlgish person reads certain words in not even close to How chinese pronounce them... But I have been interested start learning characters on here cheers guys

O, you are lucky. Cantonese is the hardest Chinese dialect to learn!

ey everyone... am new to the thread... would love to learn chinese... my ankong is from fujian... thinking of learning chinese full time... was thinking of learning folkien first then mandarin... anyone can help.. is this decision any good?
