The stuffing is not fixed,you can take your favourite vegetable and meat as stuffings,and the ratio of all the ingredients is not fixed too,it is all depend on yourself.

In China,sometimes we add one coin as stuffing in one dumpling,and boil it with other dumplings.It was said that who eat the one with coin will bring him fortune in the coming days.
