GUEST18931 I, too, wanted to know about 'potherb', so I googled 'potherb'. It is a leafy member of the mustard family, but not as pungent or sharp as mustard as we think of it. The leaves sort of look like dandelion leaves.

PRIMROSE, you can use beef or mutton instead of pork. I am not a Muslim but I tried beef or mutton dumplings before. They tastes great.
