I just want to say that the military power can be taken in consideration only compared with the power of the opposite side. so it doesn't really matter how much a country spent for weapon development. and the quality of the weapon does not depend every time on how much you spent on it, because the economic conditions in the countries around the world are different, so the same goal that the Americans achieve can be achieved by Chine or Russia for less expenses. So depending on the opposite side we can judge if one power is effective in some cases or not. There are only two superpower in the world currently and according to my opinion these superpowers are USA and Russia. Why? the answer is simple - Russia is the most powerful country and can guarantee its safety almost a 100% from an external threat - if we exclude the internal and international terrorism. The case with the USA is almost the same. Russia posses the biggest arsenal of weapons for mass destruction and the United States take second place. the level of the military technologies in these two countries is far beyond the capacity that the other nations could achieve. We all know that the American military presence is biggest all around the world which in some cases gives them advantages but it also has a lot of disadvantages. So according to my opinion, here is the list of the most powerful military countries in the world: 1. Russia 2. USA 3. China 4. India 5. Great Britain 6. France 7. Pakistan 8. North Korea 9. Japan 10. Israel - the position of Israel is still disputable since no one knows what is the nuclear arsenal that this country possess or if it really possess such weapon at all. Anyway they are one of the biggest world powers one way or another. Peace to all!

I think you from Pakistan and boasting of fiction(pakistan is big nuclear power than the india )...LoL(pakistan and china is the best miltar power in the world.......and i thing china and pakistan will be next supar power..) How could you compare Pakistan with Super Powers, even you don't know the the right spelling of Super Power... Just Lay off...Only China and Russia are future Super Powers and to little extend India
