| Yes, it is in Guangdong. It is about 110 kilometers to Guangzhou. You can take the bus ( through to Kaiping) at the bus station beside Guangzhou Railway Station. Also there are ships from Hong Kong to Kaiping. |

| I managed to find my way to Zili Village using public transport. I wanted to be based in Guangzhou so I made a day trip to Zili Village. It was quite a rush as it took about 2.5 hours by bus to reach Kaiping from Guangzhou. Then it was another 30 minutes bus ride to reach Zili Village. The local bus driver was very helpful. He stopped enroute at the junction to the village and let us off. There it was only a 15 minute slow walk to the village. Since I spoke Cantonese and Chinese, finding my way to the village was not a problem. The people were very helpful and friendly. |
