JCNILE123 Points: Join Date: Mar 30, 2006 Status: Offline	i don't know about the rest of the world!! but in the Usa graffiti is synonymous of inner city gangs, crime,drugs and mostly used by people with bad reputation. graffiti is a signal of decay in the western and third world cities. with very little exemptions and not that many.

JCNILE123 Points: Join Date: Mar 30, 2006 Status: Offline	if you come to the USA and happen to walk in to a part of the city and you see a lot of graffiti, i recommend you to get out of there soon as you can!! because chances are, it is not a safe part of the city. most everywhere in the USA graffiti is against the law.
