Lion, even people of the same ethnic group may scatter in different area of China, some in north, some in south.

Different climate and local custom affect their dinning habits as well.

So it's a little bit difficult to see the common habites, except for some cities or provinces where a group collect together.

But I will try to find some important points to show you.
