Chinese Marriage

GUEST60218 Hello- I have been communicating with a Chinese woman I met on Match.com for some time now. It has gotten to the point we are talking about me visiting and possibly marrying. I am new to this and have been researching the process and the required documents/forms needed to:
1. Allow myself entry into China for a certain duration.
2. Allow she and I to marry.
3. Allow her to come to the United States.
She has no children, so that isn't an issue. I would like to know where to start, as it appears there are many forms and requirements to obtain prior to entry in to China and actually becoming a married couple. I currently live in Missouri and am divorced. Is there a official website that has reliable information as to whom to contact with regard to my situation? All your help and wisdom would be very much appreciated..

GUEST51204 HELLO NEIBGHOR , I AM IN KANSAS

I STARTED THE JOURNEY YOU ARE TAKING LAST YEAR

YOUR FIRST STEP TO GO TO CHINA IS GET YOUR VISA

IF YOU HAVE PLANS OF MARRIAGE , TAKE YOUR DIVORCE PAPER

AND VISIT THE AMERICAN EMBASSY THERE , THEY WILL THEN

GET YOU A PAPER THATS SAYS YOU ARE SINGLE AND CAN MARRY

THEN IF YOU CHOICE YOU CAN MARRY THERE , IT IS NOT TO MUCH PAPER WORK
PLAN ON SPENDING SOME TIME , THE WORLD THERE IS VERY BIG

AND THERE ARE MANY PEOLPE SO YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT ALITTLE

TO DO THIS AND THAT , PLAN ON SPENDING TIME IN CHINA WHERE EVER YOUR AT , ENJOY RELAX AND GET TO KNOW YOUR LADY
ONE PROBLEM MANY COUPLES HAVE IS SPEAKING AND UNDERSTANDING EACH OTHER , IF SHE HAS GOOD ENGLISH YOUR DOING GREAT IF NOT ,IT WILL TAKE SOME WORK , BE READY TO LEARN , I NOW SPEAK SOME AND LEARN EVERYDAY , AS FOR BRING HER TO THE US , THE PAPER WORK IS CRAZY , I WAS VERY LUCKY AND FOUND A LAWYER WHO LIVES IN BOTH NEW ORELANS AND VIETNAM , AND THIS IS WHAT HE DOES , I HAVE HEARD BAD STORIES ABOUT MISTAKES MADE WITH THE PAPER TRIAL , JUST REMBEMER YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH OUR FEDERAL GOVERMENT !!!!
BUT IT ALL CAN BE DONE , IF THERES A OFFICAL WEBSITE , I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT IT MYSELF , I HAVE BEEN TO GUANGZHOU 3 TIMES THIS YEAR , AND WISH I WAS THERE RIGHT NOW

Hello Microman

I do not know if the requirements are the same for India as for the USA. I would think if you contact your embassey in, China they should be able to guide you. As far as the single certificate, for me is was no more than signing an oath in front of a Consular Officer, that states that I was not married. Perhaps you could get a paper from your local government that says they have no record of you ever being married. I hope this helps.

Best Regards to you and your wife.
Rob

Microman,
It is better to go your girlfriend's local marriage register office. They will say, what's need for you and your GF.

GUEST37240 hope this helps. you need to marry in the province your fiancee came from. it will be in her family book (red book) you have to be in china for a clear 21 days prior to marriage. then it just a quick trip to the marriage office have your photos done sign the book and hey presto your hitched. You may need to show your notarised documents to the consulatein guangzhou as you have to produce your certificate of no impediment to them. good luck Gary

GUEST49755 Its all a scam !
Half of them dont even use there local agencies !
They will slowly start to get you to use the QQ messenger, then ask for gifts to be sent, mind you it is a buisness address not residential with no house number.
Chn love cant do anything about it because it happens on another site !
Lucky i never sent a thing !
There phone numbers they change every 5 minutes in china !
I spent last night going through 500 pages of posted and newly posted !
I have recieved hundreds of admire letters !!
Do you think i could see or find one of those profiles out of 500 pages ???
Chn love is a load of bull.
Even the girl wanted to marry and she wanted to stay in china and me live in Australia !
Call that marriage ???
What is she seeking international marriage for ?
Not so honest are they !

I got married in china before not through chn love and the $6000 dollars or so was a gift to the mother to marry the daughter not the agency !!
