| GUEST65148 | my father in law married a Chinese woman in July 2009 he is still trying to get her to the United States but filed the wrong form and was denied. He now has to send in another form and file again. He has been married 4 times before this nice woman is his 5th wife. His 1st wife died, his 2nd marriage ended in divorce his 3rd wife died of cancer and his 4th marriage also ended in divorce. Does he need both divorce decrees and both death certificates. |

Right now I want to get married with women from China. I know there is no one way. I think the best way is to get the weddyng in china and later apply for family permit to bring my wife to England. My Questions are: 1. What documents I must have to get married there? 2..How I can apply for the family permit after the wedding, how long time it may take ? 3, Maybe there is a better way? |

| GUEST18198 | To guest 29655: you could that at the Bristish embassy in China, you need to stay in China for over 21days, the embassy will advertise for you in China and UK, then after 21days, you will get your declariation. I have one question for myself: Dose anyone know that if my Boyfriend need a ny special visa come over to China marry me? or just a normal tourist visa will do? many thanks!   |

 | hi all, i have been looking at this for about a week now.. i'm stuck on what to do and need some friendly adivce. I'm english and live in england but my boyfriend was deported from this country 2 months ago  . We wanted to get married but now its going to be hard cos hes back in china and I'm here.
