From Zhuhai's Gongbei border there're buses to Guangzhou.

GUESTROCK Hi there, i am M'sia. I am going to HKG on July 09 and will stay in HK for at lease 1 month. I have plan to go Shen Zhen city. Mostly, in HK i will stay in Wan Chai. Which way is the best and fast way to go up Shen Zhen and back to HKG? Do i need to apply multiple china visa in order to let me in and out Shen Zhen and HK? Thanks.

If you visit Shenzhen only once, then you'll need a single-entry China visa. If you're going to visit it many times, then getting a multiple-entry would be better.
Try taking the metro to Lok Ma Chau for the Huanggang border, or Lo Wu for the Luohu border.

Hong Kong airport -- Zhuhai: 1215, 1415, 1700
Zhuhai -- Hong Kong airport: 0930, 1240, 1530
Fare is 260 HKD, journey time 50 mins each way.
