Bus for Zhuhai -- Shenzhen should take around 3 hours, I think?
Yes, there's ferry for Zhuhai -- Hong Kong. Do you want to go to downtown Hong Kong, or Hong Kong airport?
Yes, there's ferry for Shenzhen -- Zhuhai as well.

You can take from Luohu station, or Futian bus terminal, or near Shanghai hotel in Huaqiang Lu that costs only 80RMB to Gongbei that tajes about 2-2,5 hrs.

I'm going to Zhuhai on 25 Oct from Hong Kong.
How do I get to Zhuhai from Tsim Sha Tsui (Hong Kong) and the appropriate timing so as to avoid the weekend crowd.

Shenzhen -- Zhuhai buses depart from Futian, Nanshan, Luohu long-distance bus stations as well as Huanggang border. Journey time is about 2-3 hours.
Chu Kong ferries to Macau depart from China Ferry Terminal at Tsim Sha Tsui, at 0730, 0830, 0930, 1130, 1330, 1530 and 1745.

31 May, I plan to surprise a friend of mine at hongkong on his birthday = D

Return on 1 Jun 2010, from macau airport, flight departs at 16.25 hours.

I would advise you to limit your trip to Hong Kong and Macau only, unless you've already been to Hong Kong before. Plenty of ferries betwen Hong Kong and Macau.
Also you did not mention your passport nationality and whether you need (and already have) a China visa.
