No it's not true.

You need to read the page carefully.

The page is for Taiwan citizens, not Chinese citizens!

Hi,
I am an American citizen who is married to a Chinese national. We are visiting my family in the US and are planning on traveling to Central America. I found this website which should help others who are in a similar predicament. If the person from Mainland China has an entry visa to the US, Canada or EU, it should be very easy to get a visa to several Central and South American countries. I hope this helps!

GUESTGEE	Hi im a Filipino with a Thai work permit. I would be traveling to china by land from vietnam but, i dont know if i still need to get a Tourist visa to enter the country. Could you possibly inform me if I have to get a visa? what are the requirements. Thank you very much !
