Also if you have that much money and friends you can hide almost anywhere! Look at even some of the low life criminals, they never leave the city in which they commit their crimes, and yet the police cannot even find them! |

| GUESTBALA | i agree with GRIZ326 Western Governments have little commitment to capture or kill these top 10 criminals who can bribe their way to obscurity. If the US or Mexican government seriously want to capture/kill them, they have the means to do it. |
