I wish to reach Hongzhou on Thursday itself, as I have a conference from Friday morning. Can you please suggest the best way to go from Shanghai (PVG) airport to Hangzhou after 21:30? |

In this case, you could take the airport shuttle bus line 7 to Shanghai South Railway station, then take the train to Hangzhou. I don't mention the bullet trains which depart from Hongqiao railway station, for there is little chance you could catch them. Only the south railway stations has trains to Hangzhou that late. | GUEST11142 | Hi, We'll arrive at PVG approx 8pm. It may take 1.5 hr for us to get through the custom and to get the luggage. We plan to stay at Royal International Hotel during that evening. Next day we'll need to go to Hangzhou. Should we go back to PVG in the morning and take the bus from there to Hangzhou OR go to Hongqiao airport and go from there? Also, does anyone know if there is shuttle service from PVG to Royal International Hotel during evening? Thanks a lot for your help! |

| GUEST8821 | The subway line 2 from Pudong Airport to Guanglan Road leaves at 21:00. Unfortunately, you can't catch it. You may take airport shuttle bust line 4 or 7 to Longyang Road and then change subway line 2(Guanglan Road to Hongqiao Railway Station) to Nanjing Donglu, get off and walk to your hotel. It is cheap but inconvenient. Another way is to catch a taxi directly. It costs around CNY 150 |
