I need to travel from Shanghai Pudong to Taizhou

No, I don't think the phone number for the bus station will have English service.
No specific company to look for, you should be looking for the destination and departure time.
I believe the bus would terminate at Huangyan, so just stay on the bus all the way.
BTW, there're also 2 other long-distance bus stations with buses to Huangyan. What tim is your flight arriving at Pudong airport?

I am currently in Taizhou, I have to go Shanghai. I need the best possible transportation. And after shanghai we need to go dongguang. So pls tell me if i need to take flight from Shanghai to Beijing and than to Dongguang.
And also is there any facility of escort cum translator service available. Because of language problem and for fun.

"Best" is subjective. If money is not an issue then hire a vehicle and driver for Taizhou -- Shanghai. Otherwise take long-distance bus.
Obviously you don't need to fly via Beijing, look on a map! For Shanghai -- Dongguan, fly to either Shenzhen or Guangzhou and then take a bus to Dongguan.

I will be reaching Shanghai Pudong airport by 2210 hours and it will take around 2 hours for baggage clearance and I want to reach Taizhou Huangyan Please advise my what is the best possible way to reach.

Take airport line 7 to Shanghai South Railway Station. There you can take bullet trains to Taizhou. The last bullet train leaves at 18:35 from Shanghai South Railway Station.

PS: The Taizhou Railway Station is located in Huangyan District.

We are travelling on business in China, coming to Shanghai. And would like to go to Wuxi city (Jiangsu). Is that right that there are trains every half-our from Shaghai and it is easy to get a ticket?

Yes, you can take G/D trains to Wuxi at Hongqiao Railway Station.
