You can apply for a tourist visa and get married with her in China.

GUEST53247 I live in US and have fallen in love with Chinese woman. This is all new to me so can anyone help me in the process. She wants to come to US to enjoy a long and happy life together but we are new to the procedure and costs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am ready to step one and try to have her come to US. What is step one, two, and three??
Thanks for any help here

First, congratulations.

Step one: Start saving all emails you and your sweetheart exchange.

Step two: Go to China to see her. Not once but more than that. Save all travel docs.

Step three: Get engaged in China after at least 2 visits, take a bunch of photos with witnesses. Now you will be able to apply for a K-1 visa (if she's single with no child) upon returning to the USA. If you can't do it, have a lawyer do it for you. Remember that you will have to prove that this relationship is not faked.

After you reach step three, let us know how it went, and we'll suggest the next steps.

You mentioned money? It's not cheap. But it's worth it. Just ask anyone of the many Americans who've done it.

GUEST11431 I went through the process starting 5 yrs ago. I did the paperwork myself with success. You'll need a good deal of patience. visajourney.com is a great place to help with the paperwork and explaining the process. Good luck

What do you mean "free long visa"? The visa is not free. You have to pay for it no matter you extend your visa or apply for a new one.

Check this page:
http://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/marriage-registration.htm

It clearly tells you what you have to do to get married in China.

How Chinese get green card? Do you mean you want to get a Chinese green card or just ask how to help your wife to get a green card?

If you want to apply for Chinese green card (Permanent Residence Permit), you may read the requirements first.

Forget permanent residency, it's a theoretical option not available to most people. You must get a tourist visa each year or qualify for some other visa according to normal rules.
