Why not ask your wife to consult with the local department to get the first-hand and correct information?

GUESTMAXI If she gets married to you she'll have to come back to the USA, alone, and apply for you. Your wait will be about 5 and 1/2 years. If she were a US cetziin it would be much faster. -6Was this answer helpful?

GUEST93210 What is the penalty for immigration fraud? I know of ppl marrying foreigners for money so they can become Canadaian citizens. By doing this they come here and immigrate before those that have waited in line! I would like to know what the penalty is if I were to tell what I know. I think this is an awful

GUESTSTEPHANIE If she's not a US Citizen, she can't sponsor you for a green card.ONLY ciieztns can give green cards through marriage to a non-citizen. -3Was this answer helpful?

GUESTKINSLEY The Green Card is for use only in the United States. It is not a substitue for a Visa in other ctionrues. Taiwan would not accept it for anything.They would not evey know what it was.You would have to visit the Taiwan Govt web site and find out about visitors from the main land. Was this answer helpful?

GUEST64536 so it means you can't work in china even if you are married to a chinese national?..and that you really need a Z-visa in order to work?..what are the stakes if they find out you are working without a Z-visa even if you are married?...tx a lot guys...
