| I think that would be a rather expensive taxi ride. Why not go by bus? There're buses from Tianjin to Beijing airport which take 2h45min and cost only 70 RMB. |

| Duh, no! "Subway"/"metro" only travels within a city, you need a train to get you from Beijing to Hong Kong. Train departs from Beijing West train station, the nearest metro stop is probably Military Museum on metro line 1, then you need to change to taxi to get to the train station. Also note that Beijing West -- Hong Kong takes 24 hours each way, so it's NOT feasible to do Hong Kong as a daytrip from Beijing, take a look at a map! It's technically possible if you fly, but I don't see the point of doing so! Beijing -- Hong Kong train also only departs every other day, not daily. And if you go to Hong Kong and then return to Beijing, you will need either a double-entry or multi-entry visa, or you'll need to get a new China visa in Hong Kong. | Probably go by train as it would be faster, only 30 mins from Tianjin to Beijing South train station. One-way fare is 58/69 RMB for 2nd/1st-class. Tianjin train station is around 18.5 km from Tianjin airport. |

| Hmmm, I'm not sure if there's a shuttle bus for that route. You might have to take a taxi. Have Tianjin train station printed in Chinese characters: 天津火车站 Buy your train ticket when you get to the train station. |
