You could firstly get to Beijing railway station by train from Tianjin railway station within 3 hours, and then take the airport shuttle bus to the airport from the railway station easily.

It would be wiser for you to tell me what time you're arriving in Beijing airport, how many of you and how much luggage you have. Also, do you need to save on time or money more?
