Beijing to tianjin by Fast train Fare(30 min)

ELLYSE Points: Join Date: Oct 30, 2005 Status: Offline	1) Try taxi. 2) Tianjin to Beijing? Or to Beijing South? The fast C trains which take half an hour go to Beijing South, not Beijing. Fare is 58/69 RMB for 2nd/1st-class each way.

ELLYSE Points: Join Date: Oct 30, 2005 Status: Offline	I think there's a bus from Beijing's Bawangfen (八王坟) to Tianjin airport, fare 35 RMB, departure times 0730, 0930, 1030, 1230 and 1630. Do double-check the information by calling 86-22-60533328.

Yikes, 29/9-4/10 would be smack on top of the National Day holiday week, lousy time to be visiting.
Please specify which section of the Great Wall you'd like to visit. Most tour groups go to Badaling, which's the most touristy and crowded. In addition, a lot of tour groups spend pretty little time on the Wall and most of the time at various kickback shopping stops. Are you sure that's really what you want?

Hi Ellyse, I need some advise, I am traveling with my family (my wife and 2 young kids, 9 & 11 years old) to Beijing via Tianjing on mid Dec 2009, our plane land at Tianjin airport around 8.00am, since it is winter, we do have some big luggages, we are staying near Tiananmen square, please advise best way to get to hotel from Tianjing airport, is taxi the best way or bullet train?
And how much is the taxi fare and what is the estimated time?( Tianjing airport to Tianamen square?
Realy appreciate if you can help out.
